Cook With Paul was born from a lifelong passion for creating exceptional food experiences in the comfort of home.

My journey began back in the early 2000s, when Jamie Oliver and The Naked Chef first appeared on television. As an 18-year-old, I was captivated by his relaxed, no-fuss approach to cooking. At the same time, I was craving more flavour and inspiration in the meals I ate — so I decided to take matters into my own hands.

Armed with my first cookbook and an eagerness to learn, I began experimenting with wholesome ingredients and simple, honest flavours. In those early years, I made plenty of rookie mistakes — from overdoing the tikka paste to roasting a joint of beef into oblivion — but each one taught me something invaluable. Those lessons became the foundation for the refined, intuitive cooking style I offer today.

In 2012, I launched Chilly White, a luxury event catering company dedicated to exceptional service and high-quality food. Through this venture, I’ve had the privilege of serving a wide range of distinguished guests, including

Today, that same passion and attention to detail has evolved into Cook With Paul — an exclusive private chef concierge service for discerning households.
